Manteca is our single largest customer city. In 2025, 1,241 Manteca pet owners made the 12-minute drive to our Tracy clinic, more than any other city we serve. That's not a fluke, and for most of them it comes down to one thing: the math works.

A cat spay at a typical Manteca-area clinic runs $300–$600. Ours starts at $105. A dog spay locally is often $500–$800. Ours starts at $170. A full dental cleaning in the area typically costs $800–$1,500. Ours is $600 flat, and that includes pre-anesthetic bloodwork, full-mouth digital X-rays, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment. For a planned procedure, the drive pays for itself before you pull back onto Highway 99.
Our full pricing is on the prices and rates page. Nothing is vague or subject to change at checkout.
From most of Manteca, take I-205 West and merge onto I-5 North, or take Highway 99 North to I-205 West toward Tracy. Exit at Tracy Boulevard and head north. The clinic is on your left.

From central Manteca the drive is typically 10–14 minutes. Clients coming from south Manteca or the Airport Way corridor should budget closer to 15 minutes. For spay and neuter appointments, arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.

We're not a full-service animal hospital, and some situations genuinely require one.
If your pet is sick, injured, or showing signs of distress today, don't make the drive to us. Manteca has capable options closer to you, including Manteca Veterinary Hospital on North Main Street and Orchard Valley Veterinary Clinic on Daniels Street.
What we do is the planned, preventive work a healthy pet needs: spays and neuters, dental cleanings, vaccines, wellness basics. If your situation fits that description, we're the most affordable option in the region. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
